About The Role

As an Account Executive, you’ll be responsible for developing strategic relationships and closing new business. We’re looking for sales professionals who operate with a high level of integrity and can have strategic conversations with Marketing and Brand leaders at all levels. You will be the dominant driver of revenue growth and a brand ambassador acting as the foundational entry-point for our customers. This role is the first sales hire at Social Chat and will play an integral role in building the foundation of our future sales organization.

What You Will Do

  • Identify and develop quality leads into high-value opportunities
  • Build trusted relationships up and down the organizations of your target accounts
  • Listen intently to understand customer pain points and offer thought leadership and expertise on how to leverage Social Chat’s capabilities
  • Own the entire process, from prospecting to negotiating contracts
  • Keep CRM up to date with customer information, forecasts, and pipeline data to track progress toward goals
  • Manage a high-volume of inbound and outbound communications
  • Exceed quarterly sales targets

It's Important That You Have

  • At least 5 years of B2B sales experience with a proven track record of selling digital solutions
  • Experience identifying and navigating multiple stakeholders across different departments and seniority levels
  • Passion for fashion and beauty and relationships with key stakeholders
  • High-energy, dedication, and persistence through long sales cycles
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills along with the ability to craft compelling presentations for both creative and business audiences
  • Customer empathy to listen and understand the unique needs of customers
  • Adaptability to try new ways of doing things with the ability to learn from failures and move on
  • A commitment to learning
