We are hiring a Product Manager to own the end-to-end user experience for OtterTune. This will involve all facets of the product from areas such as database tuning configuration, monitoring insights, through areas such as payments and customer onboarding. You will work closely with leadership and the development team to help drive key prioritization decisions.

 

This role is a unique opportunity to join OtterTune in the early stages of its development where you can make a significant impact on the growth and adoption of our state-of-the-art product.

 

You Will

• Collaborate with engineering and leadership to conceive and build new product offerings and improve existing features.
• Identify important areas for OtterTune to improve by interfacing directly with customers and gathering their feedback and requirements.
• Demonstrate OtterTune functionality to external audiences.
• Actively participate in acceptance testing and iterate closely with engineers on user-facing features.
• Work with leadership and marketing to develop and support go-to-market strategies that grow customer adoption of OtterTune.

You Might be a Fit for the Role if You Have

• 3+ years of experience working as a Product Manager (or related role) who has worked closely with engineering and design teams.
• Have a holistic view of user experience and what makes an offering successful in the market
• Experience interfacing directly with customers and creating data-driven product roadmaps.
• Worked on technologies involving machine learning and/or database technologies.
• Strong writing skills and are comfortable translating requirements between people with different areas of expertise.
• Experience delivering results in an early-stage company is a plus.
